More Than Conquerors Ministries International Structure
The MTCMININTL of Churches and Ministries is built upon New Testament patterns of local and trans-local relationships. Care has been taken to conform to scriptural paradigms for ministry. These patterns translate within MTCMININTL in the following framework of ministry:
The Apostolic Council
Although MTCMININTL is ultimately led by our founding apostle, Bishop, and overseer, Pastor Al Yusko, it is not governed by any one man. Instead, a council of mature, committed men ministering in the capacity of a 5-fold ministry gift according to Ephesians 4:11 collectively represent MTCMININTL's fellowship of ministers and missions movement.
Convening Councils
The Lord has impressed the leadership of MTCMININTL to establish councils based on an understanding of Acts 15 and to convene them as needed for similar purposes. Convening councils are a part of MTCMININTL government, providing direction and articulation to ministry situations needing specialized experience. Councils deal with regional, national and international ministry concerns.
Apostolic Company
The apostolic company refers to all ordained men and women within MTCMININTL. Applications for ordination of qualified applicants are available through the offices of MTCMININTL.
Regional Presbyteries
One of the most essential keys to MTCMININTL is relationships. Presbyteries within MTCMININTL are local gatherings of ministers that function to build MTCMININTL relationships. They are far more than the traditional "coffee klatch" ministers fellowships which lead to carnal comparisons, empty agendas and ultimately frustration. True relationships within the presbytery provide the basis for growth and blessing withing the MTCMININTL, and translate to a healthier team and healthier churches.
Presbyteries within the MTCMININTL also provide relational opportunity and ministry for the pastors' wives within MTCMININTL. This is accomplished by planning social events and structuring time at monthly presbytery meetings where relationships among wives may develop.
Presbyteries also provide a context for conferences, planting churches and the sponsoring of common trans-local events which connect the churches and ministries for mutual benefit.
