Dear Friends,
The purpose of More Than Conquerors is to help the local church. Our desire
is to be a support, and to help you meet the demanding responsibilities
of ministry. Meeting the needs of the people, as well as equipping the
saints for the leadership roles that they're called to.
Through the years, time and time again, we have
had ministries come to us for help. These pastors and individuals need
help because they have not been adequately equipped, or prepared for
the ministry God has called them to. Certainly, whom God calls He
equips. But sometimes, the equipping process seems to be on a limited
basis. There are more and more people coming through three-month to
three-year Bible training courses, and being planted in ministry.
These people are certainly gifted in many areas of preaching and
teaching; but then again, they have not had the opportunity to
learn the workings of ministry from the inside perspective.
So many people are going into ministry today
that are not adequately equipped for handling the demands of today's
society. Counseling is so extremely difficult today compared to just a
decade or two ago. Broken lives and families are more common than ever
before. Many of the things we are dealing with in the inner city -
drive-by shootings, age of lawlessness, youth running on a rampage,
AIDS - creates difficulties and challenges in ministry today. People
that have had the experience in these areas need to mentor the men and
women called to ministry. (A Paul and Timothy effect put into actual
working.) Through the help of the Holy Spirit, using the experience God
has given us, because of the anointing on certain lives, we can truly
become overcomers and definitely more than conquerors.
| As this vision grows and develops, so will you be able to grow with us. That is why God laid on our hearts the need for
More Than Conquerors Ministries International. We are here to be a
support, to be a help, in any way we possibly can. Pastors need
relationships with other pastors. Church leaders need relationships
with other church leaders. Pastor's wives must be in fellowship with
other pastor's wives. We need to be in a relationship - we need to be
networking - we need to be sharing our successes as well as our
failures, so we can help and input into one another the great and
mighty truths of not only God's Word, but the truths of Hands-On
Ministry.
I pray that if you need help in your ministry,
whether it is in only 10% of your ministry or up to 90%, call us. We
are here for you, to input whatever we possibly can into your life and
ministry. To help you become fruitful and successful and certainly the
overcomer that God has called you to be. I pray that God may direct you
to become a part of the ministry network. It's for such a time as this!
